Whether you are nursing an injury, recovering from a recent surgery or putting together a first aid kit for a hiking trip, our Ice Kold Instant Ice Packs will provide instant relief to aches, pains, swelling and bruises. Once activated the ice compress will remain cold and flexible for 30 minutes. The disposable compresses do not require pre-chilling and are easily disposed of after use. We offer a junior size (comes in a pack of 50) or standard size (comes in a pack of 24) to easily conform to body contours.
