Bolsters are designed to provide comfort and support for massage clients and to allow better access to a certain area of the body. Our collection of massage bolsters address the requirements of the three bolstering techniques. These three types of bolster positioning are the Prone, with bolster placement are under the ankles, under the pelvis and under the upper chest area. The Supine, with placement under the neck, under the knees and with a pillow under the legs. Lastly, the Side technique typically requires one bolster between the legs, one along the back and one in front of the chest for arm support.
